The parties to these service terms are the vital sign monitoring service provider (Hefei Zhongke Zhiqi Information Technology Co., Ltd.) and users of EMAI hardware and software products. The service terms shall have contractual effect. After you confirm these service terms, they shall have legal effect between you and our company (Hefei Zhongke Zhiqi Information Technology Co., Ltd.). Please read all the contents of this service agreement carefully before registration. If you have any questions, you may consult our company.
When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the relevant page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all registrations, smart device binding, device data synchronization, viewing analysis reports and enjoying other health services, it means that you have agreed to these terms and fully recognized and accepted the unified management of the platform.
Our company owns the ownership and operation rights of all services of this application.
Users shall provide their own client devices required to use the services of this application, including personal computers, mobile devices, and other devices necessary for establishing a network connection.

3.3 Harming national honor and interests;

Users agree:
4.1 Provide timely, detailed and accurate personal information.
4.2 Agree to receive information from this application.

Before changing, suspending or terminating the services, Hefei Zhongke Zhiqi Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall notify users and provide equivalent alternative services to affected users.
10.2 Under any of the following circumstances, Hefei Zhongke Zhiqi Information Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the free or chargeable services provided to users without any liability to users or any third party:
1) Users shall submit true information in accordance with legal provisions, but the personal information provided by users is untrue, inconsistent with the registration information and fails to provide reasonable proof;
2) Users violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;
3) In accordance with legal provisions or the requirements of competent authorities;
4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
Users must abide by the following terms:
11.1 Do not use information services for illegal purposes;
11.2 Do not interfere with or disrupt network services;
11.3 Abide by all network protocols, regulations, procedures and practices for using the services. Users' code of conduct is based on Internet laws, policies, procedures and practices.
Users agree to protect and safeguard the interests of all members of our company, and be responsible for paying attorney fees, damages for violating service terms, and recovery fees for others' use of users' computers, accounts and other intellectual property rights caused by users' use beyond the scope of services.

Users or our company may interrupt one or more services at any time according to the actual situation. Our company may interrupt the services at any time without being responsible to any individual or third party. If users object to any service terms or have objections to the subsequent modifications to the terms, or are dissatisfied with our services, users may exercise the following rights:

2) Notify our company to stop providing services to the user.
